Amber is an absolute delight to work with on a daily basis. Any cases that need coverage the caregiver will go out of her way to be there. One of the cases this caregiver works for permanently is a fairly difficult case. That case requires a lot of extra care that other cases do not need daily. Amber goes above and beyond to give her all for that case. The client is not able to move on their own, not able to speak (only small gestures) and the family happens to be the main caregivers for this specific case. With Amber’s help they have been able to rest easy knowing their loved one is in amazing hands. She shows up early, completes all tasks, and any additional help that the client may need for that day. Amber knows the family is not able to get out so the caregiver goes out of her way to pick up PPE (personal protective equipment) supplies, groceries, and medications that the client needs to live day to day. If anyone deserves to be recognized it would definitely be Amber for her golden heart or can do attitude and the compassion she gives to each client she visits is out of this world.
