Anne-Marie has been part of our Care Team for 8 years. She has never called off of a shift. She works 12p-8a with one client who has a very intense care plan. She is hailed by the family of our client as a consistent hero in the life of their mother. Since she knows the client so well, she volunteers to train new caregivers.
