Barbara, a CNA on our team, is the glue that holds our scheduling together. Anyone working in the home care industry knows it can be very challenging to schedule appropriate caregivers to work with our valued clients. Add a pandemic, and it becomes even more challenging. Luckily, we have Barbara!
Barbara works closely with all of our CNA/HHA caregivers; building relationships based on trust and understanding. Barbara knows which caregivers work best with each client, and strives to ensure job satisfaction and avoid caregiver burnout. Barbara has gone above and beyond to build relationships with each caregiver, such that they feel appreciated and know she’s got their back. She has a way of bringing out the best in people, and it shows in our caregiver satisfaction. In addition to all of the above, Barbara is also bilingual, ensuring strong communication with clients and caregivers for whom English is not their first language. We’re so lucky to have Barbara as part of our team!
