Bonnie consistently takes the “hardest” of cases so people can remain living independently in the community. With her tenacity, willing to take on anything, exemplary attendance, and caring nature, she assists people to live their best life. For example, her most recent – someone was looking at having to stay in a nursing home. She goes every morning and assists with his bowel program and then all other ADLS. She assists with keeping track of appointments, assists with making sure there is follow up as needed, and assists with reaching out to appropriate entities if further appointments are needed. (There is other assistances in the home but Bonnie takes on the bulk of the physical care and also provides so much emotional support as well). She does so much and cares so much, she deserves to be recognized.
