Both:
* They work over 20 hours per week and have never missed a shift in over a year.
* They continually take unscheduled on an ad hoc basis to meet pressing unanticipated needs of clients to ensure their well being.
* Both have decades of experience skillfully handling clients that exceed the patience and/or skill level of less experienced unseasoned caregivers.
* Both serve diligently and passionately – they always have our back and we rely on them to coach less experienced staff and new clients.
Jim –
After completing all his duties for a disabled gentlemen requiring extensive personal care, he decorated their house with Christmas decorations. The client’s wife was elated upon her return to the home and texted our office sharing her joy — she then cooked him a gourmet French dinner in appreciation.
Clarrissa –
Unsurpassed dedication to her trade – this STNA (w/med. tech 3 certification) completed over 50 Relias classes in a three week period while simultaneously working to complete her LPN and assembling care plans for three new intakes in addition to her normal client load. She is an inspiration to the office and caregiving staff.
Our firm and our clients are blessed to have these stellar care staff – an answer to prayer.
