Donna works with our most challenging client for 12 hours a day 4 days a week. This client smokes in the house, yells at her and “fires” her weekly but Donna is a consummate professional and cares for him like she would care for her own father. Always advocating for him to make sure he has everything he needs to be comfortable. She takes extensive daily notes to share with us and the other caregivers working with him to make sure everybody is updated on any changes of behavior or new discomforts. It is such a privilege having somebody like Donna on our team and I would love for her to be recognized In addition to us always showing our appreciation for the heartfelt care she gives.
