Michael is an AMAZING Aide and person! He is very caring and gentle with the Residents. He is a team player and goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can. If a Resident becomes anxious he has a way with them to calm them. He will put a smile on everyone’s face. He is always smiling and never has a bad bone in his body. Michael is selfless and is always uplifting to his Residents.
