Nancy is an outstanding caregiver. She has her regular clients that absolutely love her and think she is wonderful. She is also willing to pick up other clients when needed even if it is last minute. She reads their care plans and if something is questionable, she reaches out to the office for additional information. She rarely calls in and makes sure her requests off are in plenty ahead of time so that her clients are covered. Always goes above and beyond!!
