Robyn, is our Client Services Director. It’s incredibly difficult to put into words or choose just one situation to describe her commitment, passion, and dedication. Robyn is the living definition of going above and beyond.
One example would be her work during the spring height of the pandemic here in Massachusetts. Robyn worked long (really long) hours, including weekends and evenings to ensure appropriate staff coverage as well as caregiver well being. Robyn was the one who answered questions and reassured families, as well as ensuring our staff was safe, comfortable, and appropriately supported with education and PPE. Our caregivers and clients both received compassion, understanding, and necessary info with every interaction. It’s hard to convey just how much she contributed to us all, and we are so very grateful she is our colleague. She is our hero, and we hope she is recognized for making our world a better place.
