Sharonda is a very compassionate, dependable caregiver. Her clients prefer her over anyone else because she is very attentive and always helpful without having to b asked. She is willing to fill in at last minute. She is willing to drive far distances for shifts. She has a very calm reassuring presence . She was recently promoted to care coordinator and has picked up on new tasks with great ease. Recently after a family emergency she still went to her assigned shift. I am thankful to have her as an employee.
