Tammy has been with us for over four years. Tammy has a warm connection with her clients and has had many for years – she becomes part of their lives and part if their family in a professional way. To be more specific Tammy recently alerted us to a clients behavior and health conditions trending in the wrong direction. We bought this to the families attention and a short hospital stay was in order. Upon discharge Tammy helped facilitate a family meeting with the client to discuss care needs and frequency. Tammy’s client, Julia, is home and doing well again with added coverage and improved communication between herself and her family, all with Tammy’s influence.
Here are a few additional things I’d like to share about Tammy: 1.Tammy is reliable – she makes sure to report to the office any changes or concerns to her client 2. Her client is her top priority 3. Very detail oriented when it comes to the client’s care 4. Committed to her schedule and goes above and beyond if asked 5. She’s willing to jump in when her clients needed her!
