When we think about people who work in healthcare, we tend to think of those who are caring, kind, and compassionate. While all of these are true, some caregivers go above and beyond, exhibiting the skills, traits and qualities that make them great caregivers. Our nominee, Tina, is such a caregiver!
Tina has been with our agency, Seniors Helping Seniors, for more than eight (8) years, and her passion to be of service to others just keeps growing. Her enthusiasm for what she does is evident and contagious always taking time to make sure her clients needs are met, if not exceeded, while building meaningful relationships with each and every one of them. When one of Tina’s clients turned 100 years old, Tina spent a lot of time working with his family and his other caregivers to arrange a birthday party that he’d (and they) would never forget. It was a resounding success and a highlight for this agency. Tina’s ability to get along with others and problem-solve calmly and rationally to come up with a solution that everyone (and most importantly, the client) is happy with is truly a gift! And during this time of COVID-19, Tina has certainly been an anchor for her clients and this agency.
