We have a client that can be overbearing at times and is very ANGRY about her current situation in life. Vardrena is a wonderful example of how a CNA can impact a client’s life. She is able to handle the mood swings of this client and had developed a relationship that causes the client to consider her “a friend”. By forming this bond, we have been able to help our client with some of her issues that she has not shared with anyone until now. Vardrena’s kind, caring, and calm attitude with our client, despite her mood swings, has resulted our client being able to live a more productive life in the comfort of her home. She is truly an example of what a caregiver should be!
