It is hard to pick one instance where Vivian has gone above and beyond what is asked of her in her job duties. I will outline one instance where Vivian was not scheduled for a shift but when I made the phone call to her about filling in for another caregiver that could not make it she accepted even though is was late at night. She did not have transportation to get to her shift but she ordered an Uber and waited outside in 30 degree temperatures for her ride to arrive. She went to the shift and did an outstanding job with our client. Vivian displays patience, dignity, and discretion everyday here with Overture Home Care. She is a model caregiver that anybody would be lucky to have help them.
