What is unique about working for your company? Describe a benefit or something about your culture that someone may not know from reading your job ads.
“We understand that our caregivers are the bloodline between our services and our clients, so we like to reward and spotlight our caregivers who go above and beyond. We do our absolute best to help with their goals, provide them options to grow their education, and make sure they know we are always here to support them.“
What qualities do you look for in hiring a great employee?
“A passion for helping and caring for others is a must! Honesty and integrity are also important since we are sending our caregivers into the homes of our clients versus seeing them daily as you would with healthcare facilities. We also understand that each and every client is unique and different and may require more time to open up or require a broader skillset, so someone who is teachable, and patient is very valuable.“
Describe any training or career path opportunities you may offer, including if you’d like to recruit people without past experience that want to learn to care for others.
“We partner with CareAcademy to make sure we have the learning tools available to help our caregivers feel confident in the skills and abilities before taking on a case. We are also in the process of eventually opening up the possibility for our nonc-ertified caregivers to earn an HHA certification if they so desire.“
