“We are a worker owned Cooperative. That means after 3 months they can OWN part of the company. We hire at $18/hr. and members earn $20/hr plus profit sharing.“

“We work as a team! Each and every person can and will do the same jobs from caregivers to management. We have many opportunities for each member to participate in committees within the co-op. We encourage each person to get involved and participate in the ownership of our company.“

“A caring, nurturing individual that has the ability to learn new things. We want our caregivers to be giving and empathetic.”
