How many positions do you have open and what shifts are available?

Heartsong Homecare Co-op – Mt Vernon, WA is actively looking to hire great candidates. With a few open positions, Immediate full-time, part-time, day shift, and night shift opportunities are available.

Tell us about some of the benefits offered to your team members.

“We are a worker owned Cooperative. That means after 3 months they can OWN part of the company. We hire at $18/hr. and members earn $20/hr plus profit sharing.

“We work as a team! Each and every person can and will do the same jobs from caregivers to management. We have many opportunities for each member to participate in committees within the co-op. We encourage each person to get involved and participate in the ownership of our company.

What qualities do you look for in hiring a great employee?

“A caring, nurturing individual that has the ability to learn new things. We want our caregivers to be giving and empathetic.”

“We offer on the job training, funding assistance for initial licensing, continuing education assistance and a mentoring/job shadowing program
