“At Home Care Assistance we take our time to learn about you and what your interests, like and dislikes are and we do the same for our clients. Our goal is to match you with a client that fits with your personality and what you enjoy doing. This creates a long term, enjoyable experience for both you and the client.“
What qualities do you look for in hiring a great employee?
“Number 1 quality we look for in our caregivers is passion for taking care of older adults. It is a calling and not everyone can do what caregivers do. Next we look for dedication to helping others as well as a good, caring personality to match with our clients.”

“We offer ongoing training to all caregivers whether CNA certified or not. We have in-person trainings as well as a vast collection of online trainings to sharpen your skills. We are also going to be offering a tuition assistance program for anyone that may not have their certifications but wants to become certified as a CNA. At HCA, we value passion and dedication over experience and certifications. We are more than willing to train someone on the skills necessary to become a caregiver.“
