“We offer paid PCA training and we will pave the way for our caregivers by sending them to CNA training. After CNA training there is the opportunity to become a Lead Caregiver with our company. Lead caregivers will still provide care for clients as well as educating our new caregivers and introducing them to clients in the field. Lead caregivers will also have the opportunity to work closely with our administrative department, as well as moving up in the company when key player assistant and key player roles become available.“
