What is unique about working for your company? Describe a benefit or something about your culture that someone may not know from reading your job ads.

We truly care about our caregivers’ well-being and understand the benefit of strong caregiver-client relationships.  We offer set schedules, so you can focus on one or two clients, not a different client every day. You tell us where and when you can work, and we match you to the right client for you.

We genuinely love our caregivers. Our owners are hands-on and love to show their appreciation to our caregivers for all they do for our clients and for contributing to the quality reputation we have in our community.

What qualities do you look for in hiring a great employee?

The first quality we look for is a caring heart. We provide training to improve on caregiving skills, but being a loving, caring person has to come naturally. Our caregivers truly want to make a difference in the life of a senior. We also look for dependability, reliability, and good communication.

Describe any training or career path opportunities you may offer, including if you’d like to recruit people without past experience that want to learn to care for others.

As one of our caregivers, you can enroll in online caregiving courses through Visiting Angels University. There is a wide selection of courses including dementia care, personal care, mobility, and infectious disease prevention. We also have opportunities for eligible caregivers to earn their CNA certification and participate in other in person trainings.
